Another building week…
2/10 – 5.4 miles on the track
2/11 – 7.8 miles
2/12 – 7.6 miles
2/14 – 7.2 miles (hill interval workout)
2/15 – 7.0 miles
Total for the week – 35.0 miles
This next week will be a recovery week. I’m starting to think more about the possibility of a spring marathon – perhaps the New Jersey Marathon on May 4th. We’ll see….
